Review: Versatile road/trail shoe w/ good stability
I am a beginning runner who has some issues w/ over pronation of one foot due to leg length discrepancy. So far, I am feeling more stability in these shoes than in my previous shoes, and they seem more durable than others I have purchased. I do wear a lift in my left shoe, and there was enough room in these shoes to accommodate the orthotic w/out issues.
These shoes DO run small and narrow, so take that into account when you order. I took a full size larger in these shoes than in some others. I also have narrow feet, and think someone with average or wide feet would need a wider version of this shoe.
If you use these on the road at higher mileage, you might want to add a thin gel insole to add a bit more cushion, but otherwise, I honestly think that they are just as suitable for the road as for the trails.
