Review: Avoid if wide feet or overpronate
I moved from Nimbus 12 to these shoes. I run 15K per week am 5'7" and weigh 170 lbs. I have 4E width feet and am a mild overpronator. I had experienced knee pain due to overpronation prior to the Nimbus 12 but once I got those the knee pain resolved. The Nimbus 14 were not as wide as the 12's, I would say the 14 4E was equivalent to a 2E in the 12's. Also, after running 5K in the 14's I had mild knee pain just like before the 12's. Therefore, I would only recommend this shoe if you are a neutral runner and NOT for anyone with wide feet. I am currently trying the Brooks Adrenaline since they are a true 4E and more of a stability shoe. If those don't work out, I will try the Asics Kayano. Warning for wide feet, the new Brooks Beast also runs narrow.
